The office, staffed completely by volunteers, handles 75 - 150 telephone calls each day. At the time of this writing, the office staff processes and average of 40 requests for assistance each day.

LOVE INC has received referrals from more than 204 Agencies in Angelina County. More than 100 churches have referred people to us.

The most important statistic we keep, however, is the number of people referred to Churches and other sources: At the end of each month our average completion rate is 76%. As we progress through the following month, the completion rate improves to 93%. The improvement in referrals is largely due to the concern of the 92 Churches in the LOVE INC network. Those Churches provide the volunteers who have determined they want to make a difference in the life of people who are in need.
